We offer free shipping worldwide, but for some Islands or difficult access territories some extra charges can be applied.
In general, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to produce and deliver your beautiful piece after payment. Depending on the demand we have, we also offer a fast delivery option (10-14 days) for an extra ($100).
If you need your sign for an event or a special date, please make sure to contact us! We'll do our best to deliver the sign on time.
Shipment will be carried out by our logistics partners DHL Express, Fedex, UPS.
All deliveries sent by HighCraftSupplyCompany are insured against theft and accidental damage. We ship worldwide. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. For partial shipments, the shipping cost will be charged only once.
We offer a 1-year warranty with all our LED neon signs.
However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.
