Fair Return Policy
Every item you order at YOUprint or a YOUprint Partner Shop is printed for you on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.
30-day Return Guarantee
Simply return your product within 30 days of your receipt date. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just send it back. As a print-on-demand provider, we can offer you the following return options:
- Exchange for a new product
- Exchange for a voucher. Can be redeemed towards your next order
Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t customize the product yourself.

Who will bear the return shipping costs?
If your order value was $40 or more, YOUprint will cover the return costs. Please always contact our service team before returning anything. In many cases, we find a solution that avoids sending packages back and forth unnecessarily. It’s for the sake of your time and the environment!
What happens to returns?
Every item you order from us is unique. Nevertheless, returns and returned goods do not end up in the dustbin with us.
- Donation: Since 2011, our distributor Group has been donating new goods from returns worldwide for charitable purposes, e.g. to associations or families in need.
- Recycling and further processing: What we are not allowed to donate due to legal regulations (including personal designs or company logos), we hand over to a recycling company. These articles are also given a second life, e,g. as protective insulation wool.

What Are Our Backing Types?
All of our neon signs are mounted on a transparent acrylic board. This allows you to be able to easily mount or hang the sign in your home and ensures that it will have a sturdy and reliable hang.
We offer 3 different types of acrylic backing.
The Hollow-out:
This style is our most popular, it is invisible and minimalist. This simple backing holds the letters together while having little to no backing showing when turned on.
It's the perfect backing if you decide to go for a text-based neon sign.
We also recommend using this backing if you decide to permanently mount your LED neon sign to a wall.
As you can see in the images below, this backing is virtually invisible, especially when lit.
The Cut-to-Shape:
The acrylic board is cut following the shape of the neon. This style is still minimalist while providing more stability.
We recommend using the cut-to-shape if you are looking for a stronger sign, perhaps one that will be moved or for a specific logo design.
This is also the right backing type is you want to hang your sign from the ceilling or in front of a window, instead of mounting it on a wall.

The Full-Board:
With the Full-Board the sign is mounted to a full acrylic board (rectangle or squared) .We recommend using a full board if you will hang it from the ceiling or if you plan to use it for for events, and will need to move your neon often.

Colored and Printed Boards

Now you can combine our LED neon tubing with customized acrylic board. You can choose the shape, size, color, or even add an image!
Here are a few examples of a customized colored acrylic board that we also call our UV print option.
This option can be really interesting if you want to keep all the details of your design. By printing some details on the acrylic backing, you'll sometimes be able to reduce the size, but also the cost of the sign!

The first and most important thing to understand is that depending on the camera and the light, the color can appear different in pictures. Depending on your need and where you plan to hang your sign, we will help you choose the perfect color for your sign ?
Sometimes it is hard to imagine what your neon sign will look like in real life. Or perhaps you're not sure which color you'd like for your sign, you can't decide which will look best in your space. Don't worry, we know choosing the perfect color is so important and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your new sign. We've put together the following photos so that you can easily see what your new sign will look like in real life. Keep in mind the color will vary slightly in appearance based on the lighting in the room, bright lights all around will dim the intensity of the color, while a dark room will make them pop!
Each of our colors come with two options - which jacket or colored jacket.
White Jacket - If you select the white jacket the tubing will appear white when turned off, the color only showing when lit. The color with the white jacket option will also be slightly less intense.
Colored Jacket - If you select the colored jacket option then the tubing of your sign will be colored. This means the color when turned on will be more intense and when the sign is off the tubing is still colored.

When it comes to the size of your sign, some will say "the bigger the better", but this is not always true ...
We have made a sizing guide which will help you find the perfect size for your sign.

Can I Get A Multicolor Tube?
As well as flickering we can also make you sign change color.
That's right you can have your LED Neon Sign change colors. Check out the image below to see an example. This fun look is great for man caves, bars, or anyplace you want to make pop!
The light rotates through 7 Colors: Blue-Yellow-Green-Red-Orange-White-Purple or you can select which colors it shows. It comes with a remote so you can easily select the color you want.
Just mention in your inquiry that you'd like changing colors(RGB) and we'll include it in your quote.
Flickering or Blinking Signs ?
Can I get my sign to flicker or blink ?
Yes! We can make flickering signs.
It can be the whole sign that flickers or just a part, such as one or two words. Everything is doable!
Just let us know how you'd like it done and we'll make it happen.

Can I Use My Sign Outdoor ? ?
Yes, we make outdoor signs. The sign will be made slightly differently, so it is safe to use outdoors and supplied with a special power supply.
In this case, we do not provide dimmer as outdoor dimmers do not exist.
We recommend that you use it in a place that is as protected as much as possible from bad weather (strong wind, constant rains ...) or vandalism.
All our signs have a working temperature from -40 to 60 degrees Celsius.
Please let us know when making the inquiry if you need an outdoor sign, so we can add this option.
What Is Inside Your Box?
When opening your box, you'll find more than your beautiful sign! All our signs come with a mounting kit.
If you have ordered an indoor sign, we'll provide a small touch dimmer (for smaller signs only) to turn on and off and control the brightness. More information on how to use it here.
Depending on the options you have selected, you can also add a remote dimmer (for all size) and 3M stripes.

How To Install Your Sign With 3M Stripes?
If you do not want to make holes in your walls, 3M stripes are perfect for you!
As most of our signs are really light, you can simply use 3M stripes to mount your sign on a wall.
Here is how!
Step 1:
Separate the strips. Remove one of the green liners and press onto the backing of the sign.
Step 2:
Press a second strip on top of the first one until they both click. Repeat this operation with all the bands.
Step 3:
Press each side of the sign firmly against the wall for 30 seconds.
Last step, light it up!

Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at highcraftsupplycompany@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via telephone 1-705-315-7299 or at highcraftsupplycompany@gmail.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within Canada will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
We also have it listed on every product an estimated time of arrivial before you even order!

Please note that any shipping outside of Canada will incur potential shipping & duty fee's. You the customer are responsible for these fee's.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, you have 3 business days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.
Items that may not be returned :
Dangerous Goods, Glass, Nutrients & Fertilizers, Trimmers, Propane, Vape Pens, Pipes, Scales, Hats, Flags, and more.

How do I return an item?

Providing the return is within the 3-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return label by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You may need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item. Depending on the item, our distributors may provide the label for free!
What do I do if I lose my return note?
We send return notes by email, so if you can locate the email we sent you, simply print off a new one. If you can’t find this email, please get in touch at highcraftsupplycompany@gmail.com and ask for it to be resent to you.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via highcraftsupplycompany@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return within 3 days of delivery, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
Please be aware that any return requests after the 3 day return period are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must pay an additional 25% of the total cost of the item(s) if you want us to accept a return on the item(s)
